さあ、梅雨入りが近づいてきましたね！
嫌な季節です！
そんな時は家に籠ってIELTSの勉強ですね（笑）
それでは本日もボキャブラリーレッスン、始めていきます！
1. アメリカ、サンフランシスコ出身の3ピースロックバンド
本日はBlack Rebel Motorcycle Clubの「Rival」を使用していきます！
1998年、サンフランシスコにて当時高校生だったピーター（Gt.Vo)とロバートGt.（Ba.Vo）が出会ったことをきっかけに結成されました。
2001年に、クラシカル・ハード・ロックや、サイケデリック・ロック調のサウンドで、当時盛り上がりを見せていたロックンロール・リバイバルの時代にデビュー。
今回紹介する曲は、ダークな雰囲気と激しさを併せ持っています。
歌声が消え入りそうな轟音に包まれたグルーヴのあるサウンドを是非聞いてみてください！

①question
question（名）：質問、疑問、問い、質疑
questioner（名）：〔公開討論などでの〕質問者
questionable（形）：〔真実性・正確性などが〕疑わしい、疑問の余地がある
【文章例】

【意味】
1. あなたに質問があります。
2. 質問者は手を挙げて授業中に質問をしました。
3. その発見は疑わしい。
②rival
rival（名）：〔張り合っている〕競争［対抗］相手、敵、〔能力などが〕匹敵するもの［人］
rivalry（名）：競争する［張り合う］こと、競争［対立］状態、競争［対抗］意識
archrival（名）：〔スポーツ・ビジネスなどにおける〕最大［一番・第1級］のライバル［競争相手］、好敵手
【文章例】
1. rival（名）：Tom and Jerry are fierce rivals in the cartoon.
2. rivalry（名）：The sports teams have a long-standing rivalry.
3. archrival（名）：The two companies have been archrivals in the market for years.
【意味】
1. トムとジェリーはアニメの中で激しいライバルです。
2. スポーツチームは長年の競争関係がある。
3. この2社は長年市場でのライバル関係にある。
③innocent
innocent（形）：《法律》無実の、無罪の、潔白な、《法律》法定の、法で認められた、遵法の
innocence（名）：無罪、無邪気、無垢、純潔、純真
innocently（副）：罪なく、何食わぬ顔で、素知らぬ顔で
【文章例】
1. innocent（形）：He was found innocent of the crime.
2. innocence（名）：She had an air of innocence about her.
3. innocently（副）：He innocently believed everything he heard.
【意味】
1. 彼はその犯罪から無実とされた。
2. 彼女には無邪気な雰囲気があった。
3. 彼は何でも聞いたことを信じてしまった。
